    To begin, I will work on goal number one, reducing my weight from 130 lbs. to 110 lbs.  To do this, I am starting on a diet I made up, given my current knowledge of the human body.  I know that below 1000 calories a day, the female body thinks it is starving.  It thus becomes super efficient at storing the food the female does eat.  On the other hand, above 2200 calories, a relatively active female will still gain weight at about a pound a month.  This being the range, and considering the number of goals I have, I have decided to eat 1300 calories a day.  At this rate of food consumption, I will lose between 1.5 and 2.5 lbs per week of dieting, a relatively healthy amount.  I will also be playing DDR some days.  On these days I will eat 200 more calories to make up for the loss of calories due to DDR's rapid motion of the legs.


    My male supports my decision, but because of his endless perfection, assures me that I am already at a fine weight.  Although this may be true, I would much rather look like I could star in a really good porn than look "fine".  He is pleased by this thought.  He himself, being at perfect weight already, actually looks so good that he could star in a hentai, for someone drawing a person could not have drawn him more excessively attractive, so he knows nothing of my feelings of self doubt.


    I am sure that completing this goal will help with many of the other goals, especially the most important one, finding a perfect female to complete my pair.  And with this thought I embark driven on my journey to perfection myself.
